The intelligent cleaning equipment specially designed for CNC machining hardware (bearings / gears / valve bodies / precision molds) integrates three core modules: dual-frequency ultrasonic oil removal, high-pressure air knife water cutting, and gradient hot air drying, and achieves 99.8% oil removal rate and 0.1mm blind hole without residue for cutting fluid (mineral oil/synthetic ester), abrasive paste (Al₂O₃-based), metal chips (≤50μm) and other pollutants. The equipment is compatible with 5-500mm size workpieces, which can meet the high-precision cleaning needs of metal electroplating, spraying and assembly, and the surface resistivity of the workpiece after drying is > 10^10Ω, so as to prevent secondary pollution from affecting the subsequent process.

Design for the protection of structural parts
