Oscillation + Dual-frequency Technology: Solving Cleaning Challenges of Complex Structures
Intelligent Oscillation System: It adopts an eccentric wheel mechanical drive structure. Test data shows that for precision gearbox parts with an aperture ≤ 2mm, the cleanliness rate of traditional static cleaning is 75%, while it can reach 98.5% after enabling the oscillation function.
Dual-frequency Switching Technology: 28KHz Low-frequency Mode (Power: 15KW): With strong impact force, it can break up solid pollutants, making it suitable for heavy industry cleaning such as automotive bearings and mold accessories. 40KHz High-frequency Mode (Power: 10KW): High-frequency micro-vibration peels off nanoscale particles, adapting to the cleaning of precision devices like optical lenses and MEMS sensors.
Interlocked control of shaking start/stop and ultrasonic power: Low-speed shaking (5-10 times per minute) combined with high-frequency ultrasonic waves (40kHz) is used for gentle cleaning of precision parts to avoid hard-contact damage; high-speed shaking (15-20 times per minute) combined with low-frequency ultrasonic waves (28kHz) is applied to powerfully remove stubborn oil stains (such as cured drawing oil layers).
