Intelligent Three-Frequency Sweeping System
28kHz Low-Frequency Mode (Powerful Scale Removal): With a wavelength of 16mm and cavitation bubbles with a diameter of 50-100μm, it is suitable for cleaning heavy contaminants such as carbon deposits on automotive parts and release agents on hardware molds. It can remove 0.3mm thick oil deposits within 30 minutes, and the cleaning efficiency is 40% higher than that of traditional single-frequency equipment.
40kHz Medium-Frequency Mode (Balanced and Universal): The default operating frequency, with a cavitation density of 1.2×10⁵ bubbles/cm³, balances efficiency and precision. When cleaning the 30μm deep grooves of bearing raceways, the removal rate of lubricating grease residues reaches 99.2%.
60kHz High-Frequency Mode (Nanometer-level Precision Cleaning): With a wavelength of 8mm and bubbles with a diameter of less than 20μm, it is specially designed for electronic chips and optical lenses. It can strip 0.5μm - level oxide films, and the compliance rate of particle residue detection (ISO 14644-10) for semiconductor wafers is increased to 98%.
Intelligent Frequency Sweeping Function: Supports automatic switching among three frequencies (with an adjustable interval of 1-5 minutes). For multi-layer mixed contaminants (such as flux and metal debris on PCB pads), it first breaks the particles at low frequency and then removes ionic residues at high frequency, reducing the defect rate from 1.5% to 0.2%.
Digital Degassing Technology
Vacuum-level Degassing Efficiency: Reduces the gas content in the cleaning solution from 5% to below 0.8% within 3 minutes, increases the energy density of the cavitation effect by 35%, and shortens the cleaning time by 30% at the same power level.
Anti-oxidation Protection: After degassing, the oxygen content of the cleaning solution is less than 2mg/L. When cleaning pure silver jewelry and magnesium alloy components, the risk of oxidation and discoloration is reduced by 90%, and the surface gloss retention rate is over 95%.
