The oil removal efficiency exceeds 98% within 15 minutes, reducing oil content to ≤15mg/L after demulsification (surpassing the Class I standard of GB 8978).
Magnetic Powder Coagulation Technology: By adding nano-magnetic powder (specific surface area ≥50m²/g), it accelerates colloid aggregation through magnetic bridging, increasing floc sedimentation speed by 4 times. The SS removal rate exceeds 92%, alleviating the load on subsequent treatment.

Advanced Heavy Metal Treatment Unit

Intelligent pH Adjustment + Chelation Precipitation: Continuously monitors pH (controlled within 8.5-9.2) and automatically doses DTCR heavy metal chelating agent, achieving a removal rate of ≥99.6% for Cu²⁺/Ni²⁺/Cr³⁺. The effluent heavy metal concentration is ≤0.05mg/L (far exceeding the GB 21900-2008 emission standard).
Ceramic Membrane Precision Filtration: An inorganic membrane module with a 0.1μm pore size (temperature-resistant up to 120°C and pH-resistant from 2-13) intercepts colloids and fine particles, producing effluent turbidity ≤0.3NTU, superior to tap water standards.
Advanced Treatment of Condensate Water
- Ozone Catalytic Oxidation: By adding TiO2 catalyst and with an ozone dosage of 100mg/L, the COD removal rate is ≥70%, and the effluent COD is ≤300mg/L.

  - Terminal Filtration: A 0.05μm polytetrafluoroethylene filter element removes ultra-fine particles. According to the particle size detection (ISO 11171), the particle count is ≤5 particles/100mL.
