The JTM-40480FD Electric Hoist Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine, specifically designed for medium to large-sized metal workpieces, integrates three core technologies: intelligent hoisting by the electric hoist, 28KHz low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning, and multi-tank hierarchical processing. It enables a semi-automated process of "hoisting and loading → ultrasonic rough cleaning → fine cleaning and rinsing → anti-rust treatment". With a modular layout of four tanks (two cleaning tanks + one rinsing tank + one anti-rust tank) and a wide-temperature cleaning process ranging from 0 to 80°C, it can bear a maximum load of 500kg per workpiece. It efficiently removes stubborn stains such as oil, iron filings, and oxide scales from the surfaces of large workpieces like gearboxes, molds, and bearing housings, with a daily processing capacity of 200 to 500 pieces. It is an ideal cleaning equipment for industries such as construction machinery, automotive manufacturing, and mold processing.

Standard-equipped with a 1-ton electric hoist (variable frequency speed regulation of 0.5 - 1.5m/min), it supports 7m horizontal movement and 3m vertical lifting, accurately positioning large workpieces (maximum size ≤ 2m×1.5m×1m). It is suitable for special-shaped structural parts such as gearboxes, engine blocks, and injection molds.
It has built-in overload protection (automatically stops when the load exceeds 110%) and limit switches to ensure hoisting safety, reducing the operation risk by 80% compared with manual handling.
The quick-change fixture interface (hooks or trays are optional) allows for fixture switching within 5 minutes, meeting the cleaning requirements of various workpieces.
