Adjustable Cleaning Tank Design: The cleaning tank is made of 8mm thickened stainless steel 304 (customizable sizes range from 600×800×500mm to 2000×3000×1200mm). The inner wall features a 45° diversion slope, which, combined with the matrix layout of transducers at the bottom, ensures a sound field uniformity of ≥95%. The tank is standardly equipped with a liquid level protection device to prevent equipment damage caused by dry burning.
Intelligent Temperature Control Heating System: It is equipped with an integrated constant-temperature heating module (temperature controllable from 30 - 80°C), supporting heating for water-based and solvent-based cleaning agents. In scenarios involving high-melting-point greases (such as gearbox grease), the cleaning efficiency is increased by 50% after heating. Combined with ultrasonic vibration, it achieves dual decontamination of "dissolving + peeling".
Simple Control System: The human-machine interface integrates functions such as ultrasonic power adjustment, heating on/off, and timing (0 - 99 minutes). Equipped with an emergency stop switch and overload protection device, it is easy to operate and safe. An optional PLC upgrade module supports the presetting of multi-stage cleaning programs.
