Ultrasonic sound pressure meter DBSonics series is occurred in the measurement of
ultrasonic cleaning tank of the intensity of ultrasonic measuring instruments (pressure).
The measuring instrument is measuring the instantaneous value of ultrasonic cleaning
machine wash force and average designed for the development of portable sound
pressure meter, the ultrasonic irradiation in the cleaning fluid at the surface of the fluid
surrounding the pressure as ultrasonic cleaning machine wash are determined by a net
force. Can be used to detect ultrasonic intensity distribution in ultrasonic cleaning tank,
ultrasonic cleaning machine ultrasonic device, such as the adjustment of examination,
the wash effect of management, industrial parts, and the analysis and research of the
ultrasonic irradiation intensity and wash effect, etc.

 

DBS201-1000 ultrasonic intensity monitor is mainly used for continuous monitoring of ultrasonic cavitation intensity in ultrasonic cleaning system. The instrument provides the output current of the non isolated 4-20mA, which is proportional to the ultrasonic cavitation intensity. Instrument can be connected with PLC, PLC loop recommended resistance of 250 ohm, the corresponding voltage of 1-5V. The measuring probe is installed on the ultrasonic groove to realize the continuous measurement of the cavitation of the ultrasonic groove. Monitor the standard DIN rail installation.
