Time-based B-scan function displays cross-sectional profile of workpiece. Automatically captures minimum values with red triangle indicators. Point-to-point thickness measurement capability across the B-scan image.
Eliminates the need for coating removal. Achieved by measuring two continuous bottom surfaces of the substrate with significant advantages:
