Introduction:
Why we use ultrasonic spot welding equipment to replace the traditional welding equiopment,there are some common problems with traditional welding:
1. High-temperature welding is easy to cause damage to the welding surface, and the product will be deformed in severe cases.

When ultrasonic energy are applied to the surface of thermoplastics, high-frequency vibrations of tens of thousands of times per second are generated. The ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the welding zone through the weldment and local high temperatures are generated. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of plastic, heat is accumulated in the welding zone, which causes the plastic surface to melt rapidly, and after a certain pressure is added, it is integrated into one.
Handheld ultrasonic spot welder can be used for welding, riveting, spot welding of film, cloth, thermoplastic products, as well as the inlaying and blanking process between metal and plastic parts.
