Introduction

Branson CJ20 used with all Branson® 20 kHz 2000 & 2000X series welder for all 20kHz 2000 and 2000X actuators and IW systems.All of the components used in this Branson CJ-20 replacement converters are all new, not recovered from scrapped units. These converters are made in a highly controlled and repeatable manner to duplicate the performance of the OEM models. The parts are made from certified materials in tightly controlled manufacturing processes, assembled and tested in a climate-controlled environment using carefully calibrated equipment, then properly aged and re-tested to ensure performance that duplicates the OEM part. Also we have second Branson machine, all replaced transducer will work on the original Branson machine before shipment, so that there will be no tuning problem.

We worked on the OEM design to make these units more durable. We left no stone unturned to try to give you the best product anyone knows how to make. We are proud to make a unit that looks different and probably outperforms the OEM unit. As with replacement parts for automobiles, often the aftermarket part is much better and less expensive than the OEM part.
