Description:

Ultrasonic cutting principle is through the ultrasonic generator to 50 / 60Hz current into 20,30 or 40kHz power. The converted high frequency electric energy is again converted into mechanical vibrations at the same frequency by the transducer, and then the mechanical vibration is transmitted to the cutter by means of a set of amplitude modulator devices which can change the amplitude. The cutting tool transmits the received vibration energy to the cutting surface of the workpiece to be cut in which the vibration energy is cut by means of activating the molecular energy of the material to be cut and opening the molecular chain.

Ultrasonic cutting knife maximum output power of 300W, for cutting difficult to cut the material, you can use 1mm thick wear-resistant carbide blade, and the user can replace the blade, increase the life of the cutting tool less cost. Ultrasonic cutting is the use of ultrasonic energy, will be cutting the material of local heating melting, to achieve the purpose of cutting materials, without sharp edge.
