The principle of ultrasonic rubber cutting knife is completely different from that of traditional cutting. It is the use of ultrasonic energy, will be cut the local heating melting of the material, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting rubber. The basic composition of ultrasonic rubber cutting knife is ultrasonic transducer, horn, tool head (blade), drive power supply. Ultrasonic drive power supply will be converted into high frequency and high voltage AC current, to the ultrasonic transducer. In fact, ultrasonic transducer is equivalent to an energy conversion device, which can convert the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic wave. Its expression form is the transducer in the longitudinal stretch back and forth movement. The frequency of the telescopic motion is equal to the frequency of the high frequency AC current supplied by the driving power supply. The function of the horn is to fix the whole ultrasonic vibration system and adjust the output amplitude of the transducer. On the one hand, the tool head amplifies the amplitude and focuses the ultrasonic wave. On the other hand is the output of ultrasonic, using the similar cutting edge of the cutting knife, the ultrasonic energy is concentrated into the cutting part of the material to be cut.
