Crafted via either alkali phenolic resin sand casting or sodium silicate-bonded sand casting, it undergoes specialized heat treatment achieving a surface hardness of HRC 48-58 and a 4-6mm hardened layer (maintaining HRC 45), endowing the idler with strong impact resistance and wear resistance.

Final precision finishing on a CK5110 large-scale CNC vertical lathe ensures impeccable dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finish, guaranteeing precise fit during assembly.
