Manufactured through either alkali phenolic resin sand casting or sodium silicate-bonded sand casting, the idler undergoes specialized heat treatment achieving a surface hardness of HRC 48-58 with a 4-6mm hardened layer (maintaining HRC 45), providing superior impact and wear resistance in harsh mining or construction environments.
Final precision finishing on a CK5110 large-scale CNC vertical lathe ensures dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finish, guaranteeing precise fit during assembly while reducing maintenance frequency and improving workplace safety.
