Its keyed joint between idler and axle expands the bearing contact area, enhances torque transmission, and synchronizes the idler's service life with other undercarriage components—effectively avoiding uneven wear and optimizing power transfer efficiency.
Crafted via either alkali phenolic resin sand casting or sodium silicate-bonded sand casting, it undergoes specialized heat treatment achieving a surface hardness of HRC 48-58 and a 4-6mm hardened layer (maintaining HRC 45), endowing the idler with strong impact resistance and wear resistance.
Final precision finishing on a CK5110 large-scale CNC vertical lathe ensures impeccable dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finish, guaranteeing precise fit during assembly.
