The idler is casted with alkali phenolic resin sand or sodium silicate-bonded sand process.Surface hardness reaches minimum HRC48-58 with hardness depth between 4-6mm (HRC45), after heat treatment process. The idler is able to withstand high impact and wear resistance under harsh working conditions. Our idler is pro cessed by CK5110 large-scale precision CNC vertical lathe, ensuring precise dimensions with high quality surface finishing. The fulfilment of these re- quirements ensures that the finished CHT idler provides stability and service life are guaranteed.
The splined joint between the idler and shaft offers a larger bearing surface and improves torque transmission, boosting reliability and aligning the idler's lifespan with other undercarriage components. By rotating the shaft within fixed bushings, there is reduced contact stress and abrasion. An extended crawler system lifespan leads to fewer replacement intervals, minimizing employees' exposure to safety hazards.
