This process yields a minimum surface hardness of HRC 48–58 and a 4–6mm hardened layer (with the layer maintaining HRC 45), equipping it with outstanding impact resistance and wear resistance—even in the harshest mining or construction environments.
Final precision machining is performed on a large-scale CK5110 CNC vertical lathe, ensuring impeccable dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish. This rigorous refinement guarantees consistent operational stability and a reliably long service life for the idler. In real-world applications, the extended lifespan of the track system reduces replacement cycles, directly minimizing workers’ exposure to safety hazards during maintenance—underscoring that long-lasting performance and workplace safety are inherently interconnected.
