The 175-32-31313 Single Grouser Track Shoe is a premium aftermarket replacement for Komatsu D155AX large bulldozers. Manufactured from 25MnB boron alloy steel using a heavy-tonnage forging press, each shoe achieves exceptional structural integrity through optimized grain flow alignment. The 228mm pitch design features reinforced grouser ribs and a deep induction-hardened tip (HRC 46-50) for extreme wear resistance in mining and quarry environments. The narrow 560mm width provides focused ground pressure for superior penetration while maintaining excellent maneuverability. Every shoe undergoes rigorous QC including hardness mapping, dimensional verification, and MPI inspection.

Our manufacturing facility spans over 20,000 square meters equipped with advanced forging production lines, CNC machining centers, and automated heat treatment furnaces. We operate 8 die forging hammers (1T-10T capacity), 12 CNC turning/milling machines, and 4 continuous mesh-belt quenching & tempering furnaces with precise temperature control. Annual production capacity exceeds 500,000 track shoes. Every batch undergoes rigorous quality inspection including dimensional gauging, hardness testing (HRC), ultrasonic flaw detection, and magnetic particle inspection. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications, with SGS/Bureau Veritas third-party inspection available upon request. Our in-house metallurgical lab ensures consistent 23MnB/25MnB boron steel composition and optimal heat treatment parameters for maximum wear resistance and impact toughness.
Designed for Komatsu D155AX-6, D155AX-7 bulldozers. Primary applications: mining overburden removal, heavy ripping, large-scale earthmoving, quarry operations, and major construction projects.
The 175-32-31313 (228mm pitch) is the Komatsu D155 equivalent of CAT D8 track shoes (216mm pitch). While both serve heavy dozing, the Komatsu uses a larger 228mm pitch design. Dimensions are not interchangeable between brands.
Due to weight (32.8 kg each), air freight is cost-prohibitive for bulk orders. We recommend sea freight (LCL or FCL). For urgent small quantities, air freight can be arranged at buyer's expense.
