Our in-house metallurgical lab ensures consistent 23MnB/25MnB boron steel composition and optimal heat treatment parameters for maximum wear resistance and impact toughness.
Compatible with Komatsu PC35, PC45, CAT 304, 305, Hitachi EX35, EX40, and similar 3-5 ton mini excavators. Ideal for landscaping, residential construction, utility installation, and rental equipment.
A standard Komatsu PC35 uses 38-42 track shoes per side (76-84 total). Count your existing shoes or provide track chain model for exact quantity.
Yes, our TG154A shoes are dimensionally compatible with OEM shoes. For best results, we recommend replacing all shoes on a chain together, but individual replacements are technically possible.
