The KM908 Triple Grouser Track Shoe is a precision-engineered undercarriage component for 2-4 ton class mini excavators. With a compact 135mm pitch and narrow 450mm width, this shoe is specifically designed for the lightweight track chains of mini excavators used in urban and residential construction. Hot forged from 23MnB boron alloy steel, each shoe undergoes controlled heat treatment to achieve balanced hardness (HRC 38-44) — hard enough for wear resistance yet tough enough to absorb the shock loads typical of mini excavator digging cycles. The triple grouser profile provides smooth ride quality and surface protection, making it the preferred choice for operators working on finished surfaces.

Every batch undergoes rigorous quality inspection including dimensional gauging, hardness testing (HRC), ultrasonic flaw detection, and magnetic particle inspection. Our in-house metallurgical lab ensures consistent 23MnB/25MnB boron steel composition and optimal heat treatment parameters for maximum wear resistance and impact toughness.
Compatible with Komatsu PC20, PC30, CAT 302, 303, Hitachi EX30, and similar 2-4 ton mini excavators. Ideal for landscaping, utility trenching, indoor demolition, and urban construction.
A typical 2-4 ton mini excavator requires 36-42 track shoes per side (72-84 total). Please confirm your track chain link count for an accurate quantity.
This steel track shoe is designed for steel track chain systems. If your machine currently uses rubber tracks, you would need to convert to a steel track chain system first.
These shoes are designed for machines up to 4 tons operating weight. The forged 23MnB construction provides ample strength for mini excavator applications with a generous safety margin.
