The KM3098 Single Grouser Track Shoe is engineered for the world's largest bulldozers operating in extreme mining conditions. Each massive 58.5 kg shoe is forged from premium 25MnB boron alloy steel using a 10,000-ton press, achieving exceptional grain structure density and mechanical properties. The 317mm pitch design features massively reinforced grouser and bolt seat sections to handle the extreme loads of D375/D475/D11-class machines. Deep induction hardening on the grouser tip (HRC 46-50) ensures maximum service life in the most abrasive mining environments. 100% ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection on every shoe guarantees zero-defect delivery for critical mining operations.

Our manufacturing facility spans over 20,000 square meters equipped with advanced forging production lines, CNC machining centers, and automated heat treatment furnaces. We operate 8 die forging hammers (1T-10T capacity), 12 CNC turning/milling machines, and 4 continuous mesh-belt quenching & tempering furnaces with precise temperature control. Annual production capacity exceeds 500,000 track shoes. Every batch undergoes rigorous quality inspection including dimensional gauging, hardness testing (HRC), ultrasonic flaw detection, and magnetic particle inspection. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications, with SGS/Bureau Veritas third-party inspection available upon request. Our in-house metallurgical lab ensures consistent 23MnB/25MnB boron steel composition and optimal heat treatment parameters for maximum wear resistance and impact toughness.
Designed for ultra-class bulldozers including Komatsu D375, D475, CAT D11, and similar large mining bulldozers. Applications: open-pit mining, large-scale overburden removal, heavy ripping, and major civil engineering projects.
317mm pitch is used on the largest bulldozers: Komatsu D375A, D475A, CAT D11T/R, and similar ultra-class machines. These are the largest crawler tractors in production.
Due to the extreme weight (58.5 kg each), shoes are packed 12-16 per heavy-duty steel pallet. We recommend FCL (full container load) shipping — typically 200-300 shoes per 20ft container.
