The TG216M Triple Grouser Track Shoe is the standard OEM-spec replacement for Komatsu PC300 and PC350 series excavators — the workhorses of construction sites worldwide. With a 216mm pitch, 600mm width, and triple grouser configuration, this shoe delivers the proven performance that PC300 operators depend on. Forged from 25MnB boron alloy steel and processed through a complete heat treatment cycle, each shoe achieves HRC 42-46 on all three grouser surfaces for consistent, long-lasting wear performance. CNC machining ensures precise bolt hole positioning for fast, trouble-free track chain assembly. The black anti-corrosion coating protects during storage and sea transport.

Our manufacturing facility spans over 20,000 square meters equipped with advanced forging production lines, CNC machining centers, and automated heat treatment furnaces. We operate 8 die forging hammers (1T-10T capacity), 12 CNC turning/milling machines, and 4 continuous mesh-belt quenching & tempering furnaces with precise temperature control. Annual production capacity exceeds 500,000 track shoes. Every batch undergoes rigorous quality inspection including dimensional gauging, hardness testing (HRC), ultrasonic flaw detection, and magnetic particle inspection. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications, with SGS/Bureau Veritas third-party inspection available upon request. Our in-house metallurgical lab ensures consistent 23MnB/25MnB boron steel composition and optimal heat treatment parameters for maximum wear resistance and impact toughness.
Primary fitment for Komatsu PC300-6, PC300-7, PC350-6, PC350-7 excavators. Suitable for heavy construction, mining support, quarry loading, demolition, and general earthmoving.
A standard Komatsu PC300-7 uses 45-49 track shoes per side (90-98 total), depending on track frame length and counterweight configuration.
In normal construction conditions, expect 3,500-5,000 hours. In abrasive quarry/mining conditions, 2,500-3,500 hours. Our induction-hardened grousers extend service life by 25-35% over non-hardened shoes.
