BJUK-12 is a compact underground truck with a 12-metric-ton capacity built to offer the flexible mobility necessary
in narrow-vein mining conditions.
This mining truck carries high payloads for its weight and is maneuverable and quick on inclines.
1 Four-wheel drive is adopted for different sizes, and the front and rear racks are hinged with double steering cylinders.
2 Lateral swing adopts central hinged slewing bearing lateral swing mechanism
3 Braking system adopts spring brake hydraulically released wet brake, working brake, parking brake and service brake three-in-one.
4 The carriage adopts high-strength wear-resistant steel plate to ensure the durability of the carriage; the cargo carriage is self-unloading, which can load and transfer various materials or ores.
5 Adopting an articulated frame, the turning radius is small and the maneuverability is flexible.
6 High strength structure with optimized material thicknesses. Reduced own weight for higher overall hauling capacity and long structural lifetime. Welded steel construction.
7 Automatic central lubrication
8 Full hydraulic open-center system with one gear pump. Oil flows to the dump box hydraulic system from the pump when the steering system is not in use. Joystick dump box control.
