A: We are Factory Who have our own trading company
Q2:How is your factory scale? Also the production capacity?
A: 8 machines for baby diapers, one for adult, one for pull up pant, three for sanitary pads, and 2 for baby wets, they are all new machines between 2016-2017.
Q3: How does the factory control the quality of production? Does the product have a certificate?
A:First of all, inspecting each raw materials is strict according to the stardard.
2nd:the machine will automatically detect when the diapers or sanitary pads are produced. And these products will be sampling and test in the factory.
3rd We have CE,ISO,BV,SONCAP,SGS etc,
Q4: What tests do you have in your factory? How to distinguish the quality of diapers?
A:Water rate, reverse osmosis rate, slip rate, draw ratio and other tests. In strict accordance with the standards of the test item, if it is up to the standard, it is a qualified product.
