Designed for static or dynamic gap measurement on turbines and hydraulic turbines. Features clear LCD display for accurate readings.
Operation Instructions
Battery Replacement: Open the cover to change battery, then close to lock securely
ZERO Button: Set reading to 0 at any position
ON/OFF Button: Power control
Preparation: Loosen screw, clean scale sides with rag, move reader head to right end, align auxiliary scale with wedge, set reading to 0

Measurement Procedures
Direct Measuring (Model UXY-1)
Insert wedge feeler into wedge groove, ensure bottom side of auxiliary scale has full contact with measuring surface and remains vertical. LCD displays direct measurement data.
Adding Measuring (Models UXY-2 to UXY-5)
Align auxiliary scale with wedge block end side, set position to 0, then perform measurement. Calculate real value using formula: LCD display value + wedge reading value.
Example: Display shows 7.5mm, wedge marking +5mm (Model 2) = Real value 12.5mm
