Introduction
MasterCMM is a new generation coordinates measuring machine software. It is with easy operation, even for the non-professional staffs it is easy to manage, the operation interface is simple, the intelligent system helps to shorten the learning process, increasing the working efficiency and saving the cost, only 3 steps of basic setting is required, it is powerful and flexible software for the CMM machines.
Features
1. Innovative automatic teaching operation mode, basic setting, Define - Measure - Report, extremely easy to learn.
2. Intelligent automatic measuring path planning, ensures the correct measuring path and having outstanding 3D dynamic simulation and interpolating detecting function, and the measuring path can be manually build and modified, also offline measuring path planning and simulation is available.
3. The probes selecting system is able to choose the probe through 3D models, including full automatic detecting compensation measuring and recording function, also for probe compensation mass automatic measuring, supporting full line of Renishaw probes.
Function
1. Teach-in mode is with the automatic planning of the measuring points function.
2. Full connection to the CAD system, able to input IGES, STEP, PRO/E, UG, Parasolid format.
3. Supporting fast 3D measuring and 3D features model constructing, even users have not offered the CAD model it is able to do the measuring path planning and auto measuring.
4. With powerful CAD operation and measuring function, able to construct varies of measuring model, using the CAD model to do the length or angle measuring directly.
5. Offering convenient reverse measuring function, able to construct the 3D model fast, to achieve the CAM manufacturing.
6. With 21 errors compensation function, increase the accuracy of the measuring system.
7. 3D graphic detecting reports output, including format as Word, Excel, users can define the format.
8. Extra function developing is available, increasing the measuring efficiency.
9. Supporting the Renishaw and Pantec controller.
