The FLY series is a gantry mobile fully-automatic coordinate measuring machine manufactured by our company. It features powerful functionality, stable performance, high precision, simple operation, fast and efficient operation, and convenient maintenance. The control system and software functions are at an advanced international level. Compared with other product series, this series offers simple structure, strong bearing capacity, open workspace for workpiece placement, and convenient loading/unloading.
Key Features
Visual DMIS CNC CAD+ Measurement Software: PTB-certified software with Chinese and English language support, providing advanced technology, comprehensive functionality, stable performance, and simple operation.
Host Construction: Utilizes grade 00 special high-quality granite platform and three-axis guide rails, precision-cast aviation aluminum alloy columns, RENISHAW high-precision grating system, SMC precision air filter and automatic detection control, international brand DC servo motors, German FESTO pneumatic components, high-quality air bearings, non-linear spring system from Germany, Gates high-performance synchronous belts, precision ball bearings from the United States, and automotive-grade industrial finish.
Control System: RENISHAW UCC control system specifically designed for CNC CMM, employing separation of control and application layers for high accuracy and efficiency. Uses Ethernet interface for computer communication without additional expansion cards, ensuring high reliability.
