•The super edge searching algorithm is adopted to accurately grasp the edge with shadow and imaging period to ensure the measurement accuracy.
•Based on the element type, it provides various element construction functions such as translation, rotation, extraction, combination, parallel, vertical, mirror image, symmetry, intersection, tangent and so on.
•Measurement data can be automatically exported to TXT.WORD.EXCEL And professional SPC Software Database, without the third party software conversion and human intervention.
