The system features fixture plates with M8 threaded fittings in various standard sizes, manufactured from high-precision aluminum 6061 through complex processes to ensure system accuracy and reliability. Solutions can be assembled quickly without tools to increase throughput and eliminate inspection delays.

Selecting Your Fixturing Kit
FlexFix series CMM fixtures are available as starter kits containing one base board and comprehensive component sets. Choose base plate sizes according to your CMM machine dimensions and measurement requirements.
CMM Fixture Components
FlexFix components are designed to hold parts firmly with minimal necessary force, requiring no special tools. Components include supports, clamps, and pressing elements with rational designs that prevent damage or distortion to measured parts. The flexible system enables various fixturing combinations and clear 3D measurement probe paths.
CMM Base Plates
Multiple base plate sizes accommodate different CMM models and component fixturing requirements. Manufacturing involves CNC machining, precision grinding, anodized coating, and laser marking to ensure high accuracy, flatness, and reliability. Custom sizes and thread hole patterns are available.
