Each kit contains premium wear-resistant FKM (Fluorocarbon) elastomers and precision-hardened steel balls, ensuring leak-proof performance and smooth 360-degree rotation under extreme mechanical stress. By utilizing our high-pressure repair kits, operators can significantly extend the service life of their flow control equipment while maintaining safety in harsh environments.
Specific Applications
Our repair kits are designed for high-velocity, high-pressure environments. Specific uses include:
1.Frac Manifold Discharge Lines: Maintaining the flexibility of iron pipes transporting abrasive proppants at pressures up to 15,000 PSI.
2.High-Pressure Cementing: Ensuring leak-free rotation in cementing heads and pump-in lines during primary and secondary well cementing.
3.Acidizing Stimulation: Providing chemical-resistant sealing for manifolds during well intervention and chemical injection processes.
4.Flowback & Well Testing: Securing temporary piping layouts where flexible connections are required to handle high-pressure wellbore fluids before separation.
