A: EPDM is generally more cost-effective and offers better abrasion resistance than Silicone, while providing similar levels of weather and ozone resistance, making it the superior choice for industrial wire protection.
Q2: Can EPDM grommets be used in contact with oil or gasoline?
A: No. EPDM is not recommended for petroleum-based fluids. If your application involves oil contact, we recommend our NBR or FKM custom components.
