Galvanized pipe threading is a precision-processed pipe connection fitting, made of high-quality Q235B carbon structural steel as the base material, treated by hot-dip galvanizing process, and then precision threading processed by numerical control equipment, with standard British 55° pipe threads, full and smooth thread profile and high precision, and the axial coaxiality error is ≤0.15mm, ensuring seamless fit and leak-free sealing of pipe connections.

Adopting the dual-control technology of "cold threading + zinc layer repair", it effectively avoids zinc layer peeling during threading. The repair layer is metallurgically bonded with the original galvanized layer, which greatly improves the anti-corrosion performance and can extend the service life of the pipeline to more than 25 years, adapting to complex working conditions with humidity and high corrosion. With complete product specifications covering various pipe diameters, it is easy to install without professional welding equipment, and is widely used in building water supply and drainage, fire sprinkler, heating and ventilation engineering, durability and economy, making it the preferred fitting for various pipeline system connections.

Usage Instructions for Galvanized Pipe Threading:

 

Before installation, check the threads for damage, rust or debris, and clean them with a dry cloth if necessary. Ensure the threaded pipe fittings match the thread type (BSPT/NPT) of the pipe. Apply an appropriate amount of thread sealant or Teflon tape to the male thread to enhance sealing and prevent leakage. Use a pipe wrench to connect the pipe and fittings, tightening evenly without over-tightening to avoid thread damage. After installation, conduct a pressure test (1.5 times the working pressure) to check for leakage. Store the unused pipes in a dry, well-ventilated place to avoid moisture and corrosion. Do not use the pipe beyond the specified working pressure or in high-temperature environments exceeding 120℃. Regularly inspect the threads and galvanized layer for damage; replace the pipe promptly if rust or thread wear occurs. Follow relevant installation standards to ensure safe and stable use in industrial, construction and plumbing scenarios.
