The Midea Medium Static Pressure Duct Fan Coil Unit disappears above the ceiling while delivering conditioned air through precisely engineered ductwork to any configuration of supply points. This solution provides uniform comfort for tenants while preserving ceiling design integrity and rental value.
The platform's adaptability offers significant economic benefits. The DC variant features selectable external static pressure (12/30/50Pa) configurable via PCB or wired controller, enabling one SKU to serve both simple single-branch installations and complex multi-branch duct networks. This standardization reduces procurement complexity and simplifies spare-parts inventory. Onsite water-connection reversibility on AC models further reduces installation variables and compresses labor hours per unit.
The enlarged drain pan option addresses condensation-related ceiling staining risks, eliminating a major source of post-handover defect liability that can impact project margins and reputation.
