1. Application and features:
This MPT polishing and grinding head is designed according to investigation and researches on the market and customers' requirements. MPT can prepare one, two or three samples at one time. It can be fixed onto many models of polishing and grinding machines produced by us, such as MP-2, MP-1B, MP-2B, Mopao series etc. It is easy-to-use, and the quality of finished sample is high. MPT is an ideal option for the lab of factories, science and research institutions and universities, which can prepare sample by unmanned operation and increase the efficiency.
grinding-polishing machine is a double-disc desktop, applicable to pre-grinding, grinding and polishing of metallographic sample. The machine is an indispensable equipment in making the metallographic sample. The machine has a cooling device to cool the sample during pre-grinding, thus preventing the damage of the metallographic structure caused by overheat of the sample. Its left disc is a grinding disc, and its right disc a polishing disc, operated by two people simultaneously.
