The zipper torsion testing machine is a precision testing device specially designed for various types of zippers such as metal, plastic injection and nylon zippers, used to test the bonding strength and torsion resistance durability of zipper sliders and pulls. Product Principle:

The equipment consists of a servo drive unit, a high-precision torque sensor, an angle encoder, a special fixture and a control system:

1.The fixture fixes the zipper slider and pull tab respectively to ensure firm clamping without slippage.

2.The servo motor drives the transmission mechanism to perform bidirectional torsion at the set angles (e.g. ±90°, ±150°) and speeds (0.5–2 r/min).

3.The sensor collects torque and angle data in real time, dynamically generates curves, and automatically records the peak torque, failure angle and cycle count.

4.The test stops automatically when the sample breaks, deforms or reaches the set parameters, and the data can be stored, printed or analyzed online.

4. Three testing methods: torsion break test, fixed angle test, and fixed load test.

5. Can be connected to a computer and a printer.

6. All experimental data can be queried without connecting to a computer.

7. Microcomputer-controlled, with automatic testing, calculation and analysis of results, and data printing functions.

8. Units are switchable (cN·m and N·m).
