Product Overview
The temperature-controlled battery short-circuit testing machine is a core device for lithium battery safety performance testing. It is specially designed to simulate the abuse scenarios of external short circuits of batteries in actual use, and can test the thermal runaway risk and safety stability of batteries under high-current short-circuit conditions within a set temperature environment.
The equipment strictly complies with relevant domestic and international safety standards. By precisely controlling the internal resistance of the short-circuit loop, withstanding high-current impacts, and combining with temperature-controlled environment simulation, it assesses whether batteries have dangerous phenomena such as fire, explosion and liquid leakage. Working Principle
Configure a low internal resistance short-circuit circuit in accordance with standard requirements to trigger an external short circuit of the battery and obtain the maximum short-circuit current specified by the standards.
The equipment adopts industrial-grade DC electromagnetic contactors, full-copper terminal posts and wide-thick internal copper plates for current conduction. It can withstand high current surges while optimizing heat dissipation performance, reducing equipment loss, and ensuring the accuracy and stability of test data.
The temperature control system can simulate different ambient temperatures to evaluate the safety performance of batteries when short-circuited in high and low temperature environments.
