The Children S Stroller Road Condition Fatigue Testing Equipment is a professional testing device designed specifically for strollers, baby carriages, and other infant and toddler travel products. This equipment simulates various complex road conditions encountered during actual use to test the durability and performance of stroller components.
Stroller Walking Life Tester - Baby Stroller Durability Dynamic Testing Machine manufactured according to CNS Stroller Dynamic Durability Testing Standards.
Testing Method: Place a model baby in the stroller platform, fix the platform to the test table, and adjust the conveyor belt speed to 1.4±0.1m/sec (5kw/h±3.6 kw/h). After 64 hours of continuous testing, visually inspect the platform for damage. The machine automatically stops after the set number of cycles.
This machine is equipped with two sensors to prevent damage due to handle or rubber strap breakage. It is suitable for dynamic durability testing of the wheels and body of a stroller under simulated road conditions.
Designed and manufactured according to AS/NZS2088:2000, ASTM-F833, CNS 6263-11, BSL-1996, EN1888:2012 EN, and other international standards.
