Addressing the industry-wide challenge of linkage precision in the moving beam guide rails, we employ a combination of horizontal and vertical guide rail installation, maximizing the span between the two sets of guide rails within a limited space. This structure also fully utilizes the precision effect of the "000" grade marble base and the P-grade high-precision guide rails themselves, achieving a linkage linearity accuracy of ≤0.003mm after assembly. HIWIN P The combination of high-precision linear guides and TBI-ground C3-grade ball screws fully guarantees the machine's linkage accuracy and stability; the grating ruler and transmission mechanism are placed horizontally between the two tracks, effectively eliminating the influence of Abbe error.
