Battery needle puncture tester principle

The safety performance and failure mechanism of batteries under conditions of internal short circuit caused by puncture by a sharp object. The core principle is to use a high-hardness puncture needle to puncture the battery under test at a controlled speed and depth, artificially causing damage to the battery casing, separator, positive and negative electrodes, thereby triggering an internal short circuit.
