Product use
This machine is specially developed for durability and fatigue test of bathing chair, commode chair and shower chair. It performs repeated cyclic load on seat surface and backrest simultaneously, to evaluate structural durability, frame stability and connection reliability of the chair under long‑term repeated load. Widely used for R&D, incoming inspection and factory delivery test for elderly assistive shower chairs, folding commode chairs and rehabilitation seating products.

Test Principle:
Fix the chair casters, apply load to the seat surface, pull the chair backrest slowly with specified force, direction and stroke to lift the front feet to a height of 30 mm, then release immediately so that the front feet fall freely onto the ground. Repeat the backward‑pull test for a set number of cycles, and inspect the fatigue resistance of the backrest and seat as well as the damage condition of all components.
