The intelligent PID liquid crystal temperature controller is equipped with functions including timing, alarm indication, temperature deviation correction and automatic temperature control tuning, delivering accurate and reliable temperature control.
Adopting all-round three-dimensional heating and forced air supply technology to ensure uniform temperature inside the working chamber.
It is provided with an over-temperature power-off and alarm indication system. When the controlled temperature exceeds the set upper limit, the instrument automatically cuts off power output and the buzzer sounds an alarm to guarantee the safety of experiments and personnel.
High-temperature resistant silicone sealing strips are adopted together with latch-type adjustable tightness door locks to achieve excellent sealing performance and prevent heat loss.
With optimized heat insulation design, the equipment can operate at high temperatures for a long service life and allow easy component replacement, realizing maximum environmental friendliness, energy conservation and eco-efficiency.
The cabinet door is fitted with double-layer tempered glass for convenient real-time observation of sample heating status inside the working chamber.
The cabinet shell is treated with electrostatic spraying, featuring an elegant appearance, corrosion resistance and durability.
Unique geometric cavity cleaning design provides active and optimal protection for samples.
The inner working chamber is made of stainless steel plates with adjustable stainless steel partitions. The four corners are designed with semicircular arcs to facilitate cleaning.
