The Ear-Clip Headphone Clamping Force Tester is specially developed for open-style Bluetooth ear-clip and ear-hook headphones. It is used to test the clamping force exerted by the headphone clip arms on the auricle, and evaluate the wearing tightness, comfort during prolonged wear and anti-fall performance during exercise. The equipment adopts PLC stepper motor drive combined with high-precision force sensors to simulate the opening and expanding motion of earphones, accurately collect clamping force values corresponding to different expansion distances. It is applicable to earphone R&D laboratories, incoming quality inspection on production lines and third-party testing institutions. |
