The XE17U has a tailless design and the smallest tail turning radius in the industry. It is compact and flexible, and can easily operate in narrow working conditions.

The working device can be deflected, with the left and right deflection angles of 60 and 50 degrees respectively, which can easily achieve construction work in corners in working scenes such as tunnels and basements. The customized high-torque automatic two-speed travel motor has a 20% increase in traction, the largest in the same tonnage in the industry, and is more powerful for walking and turning on muddy roads. Equipped with a split cab and a retractable exit, it is easy to pass through narrow and low spaces. The left and right extension ends of the bulldozer have been upgraded to a three-hole two-axis matching form, which is more convenient to fold when passing through narrow spaces; the effective volume of the diesel tank has been increased by 17%, and the whole machine's endurance has been increased by 2 hours.
