The Sany 245H is a 24-ton mining hydraulic crawler excavator. It features a robust power system, ensuring high operational efficiency. The cab is spacious and comfortable. Thanks to the centralized daily maintenance components, maintenance is convenient. The entire system comes with an optional intelligent auxiliary system. Its appearance is simple yet sturdy, and it has a 30T frame structure, making it adaptable to various working conditions.
This excavator is primarily suitable for earth and stone excavation and loading operations, construction and plant foundation excavation, urban renovation, farmland and water conservancy projects, mine slope repair, road repair, and other undertakings.
Equipped with a Cummins B7 engine boasting a rated power of 150kW, the whole machine is powerful, fast, efficient, durable, and reliable.
The machine adopts a Kawasaki full - electronic control hydraulic system. The main pump has remarkable advantages such as low noise, high efficiency, and high pressure, while the main valve has a large flow rate. This effectively reduces the energy loss of the hydraulic system and significantly improves the operation performance.
By adopting HOPE full - electronic control technology, the controller can precisely control the spool valve, enhancing the energy efficiency and maneuverability of the entire machine. A new hydraulic circuit is employed to cut down the return power loss, achieving high efficiency and low fuel consumption.
The urea supply system responds to particulate matter and PM. It reduces fuel consumption through precise control of air intake, exhaust, and fuel injection.

The night - time shutdown lamps and lanterns have a delayed extinguishing feature, there is one - key switching between forward and backhand displays, and a rear - view camera is configured to ensure driving safety.
