Shipping & Logistics

Export shipping is arranged through our in-house logistics coordinator. The forklift is transported from our stockyard to the port of loading (Shanghai, Ningbo, or Qingdao as appropriate) via lowbed trailer. Loading is performed using either flat-rack container securing with industrial-grade ratchet straps and corner protectors, or RoRo vessel drive-on with four-point chain lashing and wheel chocks in accordance with IMO cargo securing guidelines. Estimated ocean transit time is 15 to 35 days dependent on destination port and carrier schedule. We supply the complete shipping document package: negotiable bill of lading, detailed packing declaration, commercial invoice with HS code classification, and certificate of origin. Buyers should coordinate with their local freight forwarder or customs broker to handle import clearance formalities, duty payments, and last-mile delivery from the port of discharge.

After-Sales Support

Each FD35N unit sold includes a 7-day post-delivery inspection period for the buyer to confirm that the machine's operational condition matches the pre-shipment description and media provided. A complimentary spare parts kit—containing one set of engine oil filter, fuel filter, air filter element, and hydraulic oil return filter—is packed with every shipment at no additional charge. For any technical questions arising after delivery, our support team can be contacted via email or WeChat for remote diagnostic assistance covering common topics such as engine starting procedures, hydraulic system bleeding, transmission fluid level checks, and mast chain tension adjustment. We are able to procure and ship additional Mitsubishi spare parts by international courier upon buyer request, with shipping costs borne by the buyer. On-site overseas repair is not included; however, we maintain a reference list of independent forklift service technicians in selected markets for buyer convenience.

Payment Terms

• Bank Card Transfer: Direct card-based remittance to our corporate account, processed through our partner acquiring bank with standard international clearance timelines.
