The HYUNDAI 600RPVS is a 60 ton class excavator configured with a new generation extended demolition arm and diamond blade bracket for primary rock breaking and heavy demolition duties. The diamond blade tool system allows efficient cutting and breaking of reinforced concrete structures and rock faces with reduced vibration transmission to the carrier machine compared to traditional hammer attachments. The HYUNDAI QSM11 engine at 298 kW provides ample hydraulic flow for operating the large front attachment.
The reinforced superstructure and heavy-duty track frame with full-length track guiding guards are engineered for the demanding duty cycles of rock breaking and demolition applications. The operator cabin features a FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) guard, rear and side camera monitoring, air suspension seat, and climate control for operator safety and comfort during long shifts in harsh environments.
This 600RPVS has undergone a reconditioning process including hydraulic system testing and calibration, cylinder seal inspection, track chain and sprocket wear measurement, and weld integrity verification on the diamond arm assembly and bracket mount points. A cost-effective solution for quarry and demolition contractors needing substantial breaking capability without the premium price of new specialized demolition excavators.
