Shipping & Logistics

Export freight is coordinated by our in-house logistics team from yard to destination port. The excavator is transported from our Shanghai facility to the loading terminal on a lowbed trailer, then loaded using either a flat-rack container with certified lashing assemblies or a RoRo vessel with drive-on loading and four-point chain tie-down. All exposed cylinder rods are treated with anti-corrosion protective compound, and the machine exterior receives a protective wash before loading. Ocean transit time ranges from 15 to 35 calendar days subject to destination geography and carrier schedule. A full set of export documents is provided: negotiable ocean bill of lading, detailed packing declaration, commercial invoice with harmonized system code classification, certificate of origin, and pre-shipment condition photographs. Import duties, customs brokerage fees, destination port terminal handling charges, and inland delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

After-Sales Support

Every DOOSAN S210WV sale includes a 7-day post-arrival acceptance review period for the buyer to confirm that the machine's condition aligns with the pre-shipment representations and media records. A complimentary starter consumables kit—engine oil filter, fuel filter with water separator, air filter primary element, and hydraulic pilot filter—is shipped together with the machine at no additional charge.
