Before shipping, we replace engine oil and all three filters (oil, fuel, air), inspect and adjust the mast chain tension, verify brake disc thickness and hydraulic line integrity, and lubricate all grease points on the chassis and steering linkage. You are welcome to visit our yard and test the machine — start the engine, cycle the mast under load, drive forward and reverse on various surfaces, and form your own judgment about its condition and performance.

• 40ft Flat Rack Container: The standard method for 7-ton class forklifts. The mast is lowered, the machine is positioned centrally on the flat rack, and secured with heavy-duty ratchet straps, chains, and timber blocking. Protective wrapping covers the operator cabin, instrument panel, and exposed cylinders.
• Ro-Ro Shipping: An economical alternative for customers located near major Ro-Ro ports (Dubai, Durban, Santos, Karachi, Manila, etc.). The forklift is driven onto the vessel under its own power, securing minimal handling risk.
• Partial or Full Container Load Consolidation: If you also order smaller attachments or spare parts, we can consolidate shipments into a single container to save on freight costs.

All shipments are covered by marine cargo insurance. We provide a complete set of export documents: commercial invoice, detailed packing list, original bill of lading, fumigation certificate (for wooden packaging if applicable), and certificate of origin (Form E / Form F as appropriate for your import tariff preferences).
