The LIUGONG 995F represents the flagship of LIUGONG's excavator range at approximately 95 tons, engineered for high-volume production loading in open pit mining and large quarry operations. Powered by a Weichai WP12 engine delivering 420 kW and coupled with high-capacity hydraulic pumps producing 620 L/min each, this machine is built to load rigid-frame haul trucks efficiently with a 5.5 cubic meter rock-duty bucket. The reinforced track frame with heavy-duty chain and full-length rock guards is designed for the abrasive conditions of mine pit floors.
The structural design incorporates a heavily reinforced boom and arm, oversized slew ring and bearing, and robust revolving frame to manage the continuous high dynamic loads of production loading cycles. The operator cabin is equipped with a premium suspension seat, large multifunction touchscreen with integrated rear and side camera feeds, automatic climate control, and excellent sound insulation for operator comfort during extended shifts.
