Ocean transit duration ranges from 15 to 35 calendar days depending on the destination region and vessel routing schedule. All required export documentation—including the ocean bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin—is prepared and couriered to the buyer. Import duties, destination terminal handling charges, and customs clearance procedures are the responsibility of the receiving party.

A 7-day condition acceptance window is granted from the date of machine handover at the destination port, during which the buyer may verify that the forklift conforms to the agreed specifications and pre-shipment condition representations.
